As a Casual Crew Member at Guzman y Gomez, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, energetic restaurant team delivering delicious Mexican food and excellent customer experiences. Your role involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency during shifts.

You’ll work collaboratively with team members to ensure every guest leaves satisfied, every burrito is rolled perfectly, and every taco meets GYG’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, drive-thru, or online order pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety and OH&S regulations.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• No formal qualification required (training provided).
• Food Safety Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
