Marketing Coordinator

Bloomfield College is seeking a creative, organised, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the college’s marketing, student engagement, brand promotion, and digital communication activities.

The successful candidate will assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media content, supporting student recruitment activities, preparing promotional materials, and helping promote Bloomfield College’s courses and services to prospective students, education agents, and community partners.

This role is suitable for someone with strong communication skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in working within the vocational education sector.

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for college courses and services
• Create and coordinate content for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Support student recruitment activities and education agent communication
• Help promote college updates, course information, events, and student engagement activities
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and printed marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, admin staff, and management for marketing content
• Monitor social media performance, enquiries, and campaign responses
• Support the design and preparation of brochures, flyers, newsletters, and online posts
• Assist with photography, video content, and event marketing when required
• Maintain marketing records, reports, databases, and campaign documentation

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital content creation
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to write clear promotional content for students and agents
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Canva, email platforms, or similar tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or administration preferred
• Understanding of student recruitment or education marketing will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude with strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to support college events, campaigns, and student engagement activities

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
• Experience in vocational education, training, or college marketing will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design tools is an advantage
