Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven project manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report regularly.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and quality using appropriate project management tools.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear and effective communication.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a project manager (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
