Smokin' Joe's Pizza & Grill is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead its newest location. This role is perfect for someone passionate about high-volume hospitality, great food, and building strong teams while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including front-of-house, kitchen coordination, delivery/takeaway, and dine-in service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain food quality standards
- Manage rostering, stock control, compliance, and health & safety requirements
- Build local community engagement through events, promotions, and social media
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant/Café Manager (preferably in pizza, grill, or casual dining)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach team members
- Excellent financial acumen including P&L management, rostering, and inventory control
- High energy, positive attitude, and passion for hospitality
- Must have valid right to work in Australia
- Competitive salary package: $135,000 – $145,000 +(super )
- Full-time, permanent role with flexible rostering
