Restaurant Supervisor

Punjab Sweets & Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our vegetarian Punjabi restaurant in Truganina, Victoria. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, guide and support restaurant team members.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Manage staff schedules, shifts and daily responsibilities.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.
• Oversee takeaway orders and coordinate catering services.
• Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support restaurant management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.
