Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand business requirements and deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring successful implementation of systems and applications across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and implement customized technology solutions
• Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance to project teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system guidelines
• Conduct training sessions and support clients during system adoption
• Mentor junior consultants and support team developmen

 Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in software development, system design, or technical consulting
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, AWS, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
