Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff during shifts and assign tasks
- Ensure food quality and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Manage cash, POS, and end of shift reports
- Maintain inventory levels and restocking
- Ensure store cleanliness and brand compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in fast food or retail
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
