Customer Advisor

Your role is to provide excellent service, offer expert advice, and build trusted relationships with our customers.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers with their banking inquiries and transactions
• Offer guidance on NAB’s products and services, including accounts, loans, and cards 
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions 
• Work efficiently with digital banking tools and POS systems 
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies 
• Support a team environment that reflects NAB’s core values of respect, integrity, and excellence

Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service 
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment 
• Basic financial knowledge or willingness to learn 
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling transactions 
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking (preferred but not required)
