The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This role includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, supervising administrative staff, and implementing office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily office operations and provide administrative support to maintain efficiency.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
- Organize, schedule, and support office activities such as meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while providing effective customer service support.
- Manage the office budget and monitor expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using administrative software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
