Sales & Marketing Manager

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and results-focused Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales performance, building strong client relationships, and shaping marketing strategies that support business growth across South Australia.

• Create and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company growth goals
• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into successful projects
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Oversee online marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Develop long-term partnerships with developers, agents, and referral networks
• Support clients through the full sales and contract process
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams for smooth project delivery
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and management updates

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership
  (construction, property, or real estate experience highly regarded)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

• Salary package of $80,000 – $100,000 + Super
