• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, ensuring rich, bold flavours of Mexican cuisine are delivered consistently
• Work closely with the kitchen team to assist with food production, presentation, and sequencing
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment
• Assist with ordering supplies including fresh produce, poultry, and equipment while maintaining quality control
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and food safety standards
• Participate in stock control and planning strategies for waste reduction
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and hygiene practices at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Experience in Mexican cuisine is highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently and positively in a high-energy kitchen setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
