We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef / Grill Chef to join our kitchen team at Flames Burgers & Grill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing flame-grilled burgers, café-style dishes, and breakfast items while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and consistency. You will work in a fast-paced environment and ensure excellent presentation and taste in every dish.

• Prepare and cook burgers, grills, and café menu items as per standards
• Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and portion control
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and storage
• Work efficiently during peak hours and support team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Minimise food wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Chef / Grill Chef / Cook
• Experience in burgers, grills, or café-style cooking preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Availability for weekends and flexible shifts
• Right to work in Australia
