Customer Service & Counter Assistant

Punjab Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Customer Service & Counter Assistant to join our team in Truganina, Victoria. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage food orders, handle payments and support smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card payments and POS transactions.
• Assist customers with menu items, sweets and takeaway orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the counter and dining areas.
• Pack food and sweets safely for takeaway orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints.
• Assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow Australian food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff during busy periods.

Qualifications & Experience
