WHAT YOU'D DO

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and experienced Interior Designer to contribute to our commercial and residential renovation projects.

The successful candidate will develop design concepts, prepare layouts, select materials and coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver practical, high-quality interior solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative interior design concepts for commercial and residential renovation projects.
  • Prepare floor plans, layouts, technical drawings and 3D visualisations.
  • Design functional spaces for restaurants, cafés, retail shops, offices and homes.
  • Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture and lighting.
  • Collaborate with architects, builders, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Attend site inspections and client meetings when required.
  • Ensure designs align with project budgets, timelines and client requirements.
  • Prepare design presentations and documentation.
  • Monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
  • Apply relevant building regulations, accessibility requirements and design standards.

 

Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant interior design experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or equivalent design software.
  • Understanding of commercial fit-outs and renovation processes.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail interior design is an advantage.
