Retail Sales Assistant

Punjabi Sweets is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Truganina store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise, train and support retail staff.
• Monitor daily sales and store performance.
• Manage stock levels, inventory and supplier orders.
• Ensure attractive product displays and proper merchandising.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.
• Manage staff schedules and daily task allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Previous experience in retail store management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
