We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented medicine supervisor to oversee the safe storage, distribution, and administration of medicines. The role requires ensuring compliance with medical regulations, monitoring stock levels, supervising staff handling medications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of medicines in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates to avoid shortages or wastage.
• Ensure proper labeling, dispensing, and documentation of medications.
• Train and support staff in safe medicine handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all medicines, including controlled substances.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and treatment accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/degree in pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Proven experience in medicine supervision, pharmacy, or healthcare administration.
• Strong knowledge of drug regulations, storage, and distribution practices.
